JCCWA - Overnight Run To Cervantes & Jurien Bay

Sunday 13 March To Monday 14 March

8-30am: Meet in the Car park of NutrienAg Services - Neerabup Branch, 2048 Wanneroo Road. This is next door to the Puma Neerabup Service Station, 2056 Wanneroo Road. If you head North on the Mitchell Freeway right to the end and then take a right (East) into Hester Ave., heading to Wanneroo Road, turn right again

(South) and then 1st Left in towards the Puma Service station, you will see NutrienAg next door.

Should you be coming North on Wanneroo Road, turn Right at the United Service Station, Neerabup and then immediately Left you will see NutrienAg just after and next door.

9-00am: We will leave for Cervantes and drive along the Indian Ocean Drive all the way.

11-00am: Arrive in Cervantes and go to the Lake Thetis Stromatolites for a 1 hour look and photograph if you wish. (Nambung National Park) Entry is free.

12-00am: Leave for the Lobster Shack and Lunch, where we will also be provided with private and separate display parking for all our cars. Personal food choice will be done at the Lobster Shack. www.lobstershack.com.au

2-40pm: Leave for Jurien Bay heading North again on Indian Ocean Drive for the 3-00pm booked Jurien Bay Motor Cycle Collection with Ian Boyd (owner) and his private collection. This is the largest collection of Vincent Motor Cycles in the world and Ian is a current member of the JCCWA. You can google this or look up on YouTube beforehand.

(Those members and or partners who may wish to miss/skip this visit can go direct to the Motel and book in from           2-00pm onwards)

4-00/4-30pm: Leave for the Jurien Bay Motel Apartments https://www.jurienbayapartments.com.au/ where we have only 29 Units booked for the night for those that wish to stay. Special rates will apply to those Members of the JCCWA when you tell them on booking in privately via E-mail or on their website. These units will go fast and first in gets first choice on Unit type and or upstairs with sea view etc. Please register for the Event before booking your room

6-00 for 6-30pm: There is a nice BBQ and Courtyard area where we intend to have nibbles and sun downers of our own together, after a shower or rest up. So make sure to bring your own esky and snacks for this casual function of choice later.

Monday 14 March.

This is a free day to do your own thing with the Pinnacles Nature Reserve an option to visit. We may pop into Seabird Tavern for lunch on the way home for those that are interested? I certainly hope that many of you can make this trip.
