The Presentation Dinner starts with pre-dinner drinks at 6-30pm and moves into dinner at 7-15pm. From 7-15pm the Dj takes over as M/C and later moves into DJ mode. Taking dancing and the good times up to 11-30pm.
Event Order
6:30PM: Kick off the evening with complimentary pre-dinner drinks. Sip on your choice of wine, beer, or a soft drink while catching up with fellow Jaguar enthusiasts. Just don’t talk too much about your latest engine overhaul – save some stories for later!
7:15 PM: Time to feast! Start with a gourmet entrée of grilled gold band snapper with a potato, hazelnut, and celery salad, drizzled with red pepper oil. Don’t worry, it’s gluten-free because we're fancy like that.
7:45 PM: Main course time! Sink your teeth into a 200-gram roast sirloin of beef with field mushrooms, vine tomatoes, duck fat potatoes, and pan jus, also gluten free.
The alternative drop for those who prefer their dinner with a bit of a kick, we’ve got chorizo and peanut-stuffed chicken breast on a rustic tomato basil sauce with potato gratin. It’s like a culinary choose-your-own-adventure!
8:45 PM: Save room for dessert – a decadent three-taste plate featuring a crème catalana tart with burnt sugar, a profiterole, and a chocolate delice bite. It's the perfect trio to sweeten up your night. Calories don’t count at events, right?
9:15 PM: And now, the moment we've all been waiting for – the prestigious JCCWA trophy presentations! Applaud, cheer, and maybe even shed a tear (of joy, of course) as we honour the best of the best.
10:00 - 11:30 PM: Time to let loose! Our DJ will keep the dance floor buzzing with a mix of humour, music, and beats that will have you swinging the night away.
Dress Code: Gentlemen, it’s jackets for you. Ladies, break out the cocktail attire. We’re aiming for classy because why not look fabulous? The optional dress theme is Gatsby Black/White.
Registration: This is the JCCWA’s premier event for 2024, and we want YOU to join the fun. We’ve kept the price affordable at $85 per person for members and partners, and $100 for guests. But hurry – spaces are limited, and we don’t want you to miss out on the fun.
