The premier event of our 60th Anniversary celebrations will be the Presentation Dinner to be held at the Rendezvous Hotel in Scarborough on the 26th September 2026. Come and join in for a fabulous night in beautiful surroundings and support your club at this prestigious event.

Order of Events:

This special function will be held in the beautiful Mentelle Room which overlooks the Indian ocean and will commence at 6.30pm with complementary pre dinner drinks and canapes on the Mentelle deck, weather permitting, or in the spacious area inside from the deck. After moving into the Mentelle room the evenings activities will commence including the serving of a three-course plated set menu.

The Master of Ceremony for this very special evening will be Stephen Kent and will include a guest speaker as well as our Annual Awards presentations including the awards from the 60th anniversary car display day to be held in April. Later in the evening music will commence, this being especially selected by Ray Norton from the music we know our Jaguar members love to dance to.

Ticket Purchase:

The JCCWA will be subsidising this one-off anniversary dinner for club members and partners with a price cap of $90 per head which is a significant benefit to members

and includes a door prize for one night’s accommodation and a cooked breakfast for two.

The capacity of the dining room is limited to 130 people and tickets are already selling fast, so if you have not done so get your tickets early. They will be on sale at the January general meeting with payment available by card or via PayPal through the club's website under the ‘Events’ section.

Dress Code:

Dress code is Jackets for the Gents and Cocktail attire for the Ladies.

Parking:

Hotel basement parking is available for dinner guests. Cost is $25 for overnight or $10 for evening only. Free parking is also available to the west of the hotel between the hotel and the beach.

Accommodation & Breakfast:

Excellent accommodation is also available at the hotel so why not stay the night and make a weekend of the event, particularly members from our South West and Great Southern registers. This gives us the opportunity to kick the event off with a get together in the bar area on Saturday afternoon for a chat and drinks at around 3.00pm before changing into dinner attire. Sunday morning will see a leisurely breakfast before driving home.

Rooms are available with exclusive 20% discount for Club members. Rendezvous has a ‘flexible pricing structure’ where room rates can be as low as $210 or above $500. Only at time of booking will you know the price. (Booking during Winter should see the lowest rates). Breakfast carries an additional charge of $28 per person at time of booking or $38 walk in.
